Jerome is a triumphant victor of two devastating life challenges who boldly and bravely conquered obstacles and achieved tremendous success.
Triumphant over a devastating water-skiing accident and substance abuse, Jerome overcame trauma – physical and emotional – to thrive as a youth worker, executive director, teacher, author, para athlete, horse trainer, artist, and motivational speaker. Jerome discusses the water-skiing accident and drug abuse lifestyle that left him confined to a wheelchair and how he recognized the ‘gifts’ that helped him regain his confidence and recognize the power within. He also shares how his story can be helpful and inspiring to others who face adversity.
